I can provide you with expert resource where you need experienced sector input, and/or where you just need some additional expert capacity to get a good job done.

Talking through what you want to achieve and how I may be able to help is a first step, and I can meet with you online or in person. You may already have a defined brief, or you may want to talk through an overall idea from which I can develop a proposal or options.
Once they get going, many projects involve me talking with colleagues and students within your institution, and working through who I will be meeting will form an important part of scoping the piece of work. Other assignments will, by nature, mean that I am working more independently or with one or two members of staff or students (e.g. casework).
I will document and cost the piece of work with defined outcomes and completion dates.
Assignments may be a day or a few days, through to longer-term pieces of work to be delivered across a few weeks or months. No piece of work is too small.
