Susannah was commissioned to undertake the reframing and updating of two strategically important pieces of policy work for Bath Spa University. We are taking forwarding a programme of work to update our assessment practices and this forms one strand of this work. We chose to bring in additional consultancy capacity and expertise to update our academic appeals and academic misconduct policies. As I have worked with Susannah on a number of occasions, I thought she would be ideally placed to take this work forward and she has fully lived up to our expectations in terms of steering this work and its key deliverables. We asked Susannah to build on our student-centred and principles-based approach to our policies as part of this work and this formed the cornerstone of our approach. Overall, it was a privilege to work with Susannah and we valued highly all her HE knowledge, insights and expertise.
